Every year Sensi6 shapes its menu around its beneficiary organization, their country of origin, or their ethos. Leket Israel cropped up because its founder, Joseph Gitler detected a real need in Israel, namely, for the creation of a food bank. One of Leket's successes has been its ability to send volunteers into hundreds of fields and farms across Israel to pick fruits and vegetables that would otherwise have gone to waste. To honor their work, we will be working this year's cuisine around farm fresh foods, full of zest, purity of flavor, and life. Together with Heshy Jay and his team from Scoop & Co. we will be creating an exciting and unique menu that will leave you satiated, and dreaming about hayfields, and freshly cut grass.
