The daughter of Czech immigrants to Argentina, Susana
Pilarova considers herself largely a self taught artist. She holds a
B.Sc. in Computer Science, although she also started learning art in
Buenos Aires as a teenager. In 1999, she attended the workshop of
Rosa Reviello, winner of the first prize in Japanese watercolor in
1991 and 1992. From 2000 to present she participated in several
individual and collective exhibitions set up by Norma Duek in Miami,
Punta del Este and Buenos Aires, as well as in the exhibition “I
