Argentinean by nationality, Hilda Catz studied at the Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes "Pridiliano Pueyrredón" and at "Ernesto de Cárcova", specializing in drawing and sculpture with Juan Carlos Distéfano. She continued her artistic training in drawing and painting with numerous Argentinean artists, and then went on to coordinate learning and experimentation groups.
